The Content is produced by our editorial team and, in some cases, by contributing authors or guest writers.
All Content published on the Site represents the editorial opinions, analysis, and commentary of InfraDigest and its contributors. The Content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to engineering advice, security consulting, legal advice, financial advice, or investment advice. Product reviews, ratings, benchmark results, and comparative analyses published on the Site reflect the subjective assessments and testing methodologies of our editorial team at the time of publication. InfraDigest does not endorse any User Submission or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein. InfraDigest reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor, edit, remove, or refuse to publish any User Submission at any time and for any reason, in our sole discretion, without notice to you. InfraDigest takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Submission posted by you or any third party.

InfraDigest reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. In such event, you agree to cooperate with InfraDigest in asserting any available defenses. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Site.
InfraDigest Publishing Ltd reserves the right to modify, amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion, without prior individual notice to you. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site, unless otherwise specified. The "Effective" date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued access to or use of the Site after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue your use of the Site.

The failure of InfraDigest to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of InfraDigest Publishing Ltd. No waiver shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
These Terms, your access to and use of the Site, and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles that would result in the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
You agree that any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada, located in the City of Toronto. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts, including any objection based on inconvenient forum. You further agree that service of process in any such action may be effected by sending a copy of the process by registered mail or courier to the address set out in Section 13 of these Terms.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, InfraDigest retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights, data security, or confidential information.
